Eliza Hill is a Paraplanner at Shepherd Financial Partners, working with the wealth planning team and advisors to craft clients’ Living Plans.
Eliza is a 2018 graduate of Endicott College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies for Education with a minor in Applied Mathematics. As part of her studies, she completed an internship abroad in the Fiji Islands developing curriculum, resources, and community workshops for village schools while conducting an ethnographic study on the education system in a remote setting. During her time in Fiji, Eliza discovered a passion for educating adults in money management and microfinance while assisting villagers in converting their crafting skills and bartering practices into sustainable businesses.
Before joining Shepherd Financial Partners, Eliza was working as a middle school math teacher to underprivileged, at-risk youth in her hometown of Louisville, KY. She now resides in Watertown, MA and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and making music.
