Jillian Donovan is a Client Services Manager partnering with the Client Relationship team to provide seamless service for our clients. She is responsible for on-boarding new clients by gathering and organizing all of the documentation needed to assure a smooth introduction and transition to Shepherd.
Jillian Began her nearly ten-year career at John Hancock as a Retirement Services Account Specialist. A significant part of her role transitioned into training/coaching incoming employees of her department. She became a Business Analyst for John Hancock Product Support, allowing her to participate in the development of business requirement and workflow analysis. Following her tenure at John Hancock, Jillian brought her passion for customer service to the hospitality industry. In her role at Shepherd, she has the opportunity to apply her experience in the financial sector to provide excellent service to our clients.
